Questions
Do I need an account to use Mochi?
No. Download the app and start making cards. An account is only necessary for the Pro features, such as sync and the AI services.
When do the usage limits reset?
At the start of each calendar month. Unused amounts do not carry over to the next month.
What occurs when I reach a limit?
That one service stops until the limit resets. Cards created before the limit was reached are still available. Contact us if you need higher limits.
Where can I see my usage?
In the app, open Settings and then Subscription. Each service shows the amount used against its limit for the month.
What occurs to my data if I downgrade?
Your cards and notes stay on your device and remain fully usable offline. Sync and the other Pro features stop at the end of the billing period.
Can I change the billing period?
Yes. Open Settings, then Subscription, then Manage subscription to change between monthly and yearly billing, or to cancel.
