Terms of use

1. If you are not logged in and subscribed to Mochi Pro, Mochi does not retain any user-created data on its servers.
2. You must not use Mochi to break the laws of the state of Delaware in the USA.
3. You must read and agree to Mochi's Privacy Policy.
4. Mochi reserves the right to terminate your account without cause.
5. Mochi charges a fee in USD. Mochi will close your account if your payment is late by more than 7 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Mochi is not responsible for the loss of any user-created data. User-created data will be retained for up to 90 days after subscription ends.
7. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mochi from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of Mochi.
